The strengths of the programme
The 20Keys® is a matter of an integral development and benchmarking programme for companies. This programme is suitable for all companies, independently of the industrial sector in which these are operating, or of their size.
Since more than 20 years, the 20Keys® is applied in more than 500 companies, besides a great number of producing enterprises also in organisations such as insurance companies, gold and coal mines, call- centres, railway companies etc.
We principally apply the 20Keys® both in Factories and in Offices.
By means of the integrated benchmarking, the related company’s current situation is determined. This also lends itself to a basis to plan and to map the company’s future development.
During introduction and implementation of the 20Keys® in the company, both the required organisational structure is established and the methodical know-how is facilitated, too, in order to make the employees able to implement improvements by themselves.
